About

Hi I’m Chantal, a social media manager with a passion for humanizing brands online.
With a degree in Digital Business Management and hands-on experience managing social media for startups and educational institutions, I specialize in helping small businesses and coaches build genuine connections with their audiences.

My journey began behind the camera as a freelance photographer and UGC creator, working with Swiss brands like DAR-VIDA, Wernli or Puerto Mate to name a few. Over time, I became fascinated by how content lives and performs after it’s created. This curiosity led me to focus on strategy and management - helping brands not only create good looking content but also use it effectively to spark conversations, grow communities, and drive results.

Today, I combine my background in content creation with data-driven marketing strategies to help businesses show up authentically online. My goal is to make social media feel less like “pushing posts” and more like building relationships. Let’s craft a social presence that connects, engages, and truly represents your brand.

What is Social Media Management?

Social Media Management is the full process of planning, creating, and optimizing content so your brand shows up consistently and strategically online.

People now look for information, inspiration, and validation on social media - often before visiting a website or making a purchase.

What Social Media platforms do you manage?

I primarily manage Instagram and Facebook, but I also support TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. I currently don’t offer services for YouTube, Snapchat or X. My services include organic social media management, community management, content creation (including on-site event coverage), and full strategy creation or optimization - always tailored to your goals and audience.

Once we begin, you’ll receive a welcome kit to guide you through the onboarding phase. From there, we move directly into strategy and content creation. How do you measure the success of your Social Media Campaigns?

Success depends on your goals, so we define the KPIs together at the beginning of our collaboration. These may include engagement rate, reach, impressions, follower growth, website clicks, saves, or content performance indicators. You receive monthly reports outlining what’s working, what needs refining, and where we’ll shift focus next.

How much does your Social Media Management service cost?

Pricing depends on whether you need a project-based service or a monthly retainer. Because every business has different goals and resources, I create custom packages that include only what will genuinely benefit you depending on platforms, posting frequency, and the level of support required.

If you’re not ready for full management, I also offer Power Hours (strategy + optimization you can implement yourself) or Standalone strategy packages (you implement, I plan).

There are no fixed onboarding fees. Everything depends on your setup and the type of collaboration. The best way to get an accurate quote is through a quick discovery call.

How long does onboarding take?

Onboarding usually takes 1 - 1.5 weeks, depending on the scope.
During this phase, we:
- define goals, roles, and responsibilities
- gather brand assets and any needed content
- connect
accounts and tools
- set up processes for content approval and communication

You’ll also receive a welcome document summarizing everything you need to know, so you feel supported and clear from day one.

How much time does it take?

A consistent social media presence typically saves you an entire week of work* - from strategy alignment, content planning, editing, caption writing, scheduling, community engagement, and performance monitoring. You may still need to provide some raw footage or brand assets, and there may be an initial approval phase until we’re fully aligned on tone and visuals.

The ideal posting frequency depends on your goals and platform, but one rule always holds: Consistency beats quantity. Three strong posts a week will always outperform seven rushed ones.

Because I run a one-person business, I intentionally keep my client roster small to ensure high-quality communication, attention, and execution for every project.

What happens if I want to cancel or pause the service?

For results to be meaningful, I usually require a minimum commitment of 3 months for retainer work. After that period, you can cancel or pause on a monthly basis with no hidden fees.This gives you flexibility while still allowing enough time to build momentum and see measurable progress.
